Store Questions:

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, excluding major holidays, and are usually shipped within 2-5 business days. This excludes pre-order items which will ship on the date provided in item description. We will e-mail you a shipment notification once your order ships that has a tracking number and estimated delivery date.


Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is confirmed we immediately begin processing your order so it cannot be canceled. If needed, we offer easy returns by contacting us below.


What if an item in my order is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, send us an email with a photo and your order number and we'll take care of you.


Will I be charged tax?

We are required to collect sales tax for the state of California only.
